The Aftaar starts up with 1-2 dates and a glass of water. Fruits and a bowl of chaat. Prefer homemade natural juice. Sometimes a bit of Yogurt in aftaar. And some in dinner , that includes 2 white rotis that weight around 150 grams each or more. ( thinking of cutting it to one and half rotis with either cooked vegetables/daal/beans) Just a set or two, for push ups and pull ups and lots of water in between aftar and sehri
I'm targeting my weight to be 69-70 , since i did put some muscle on. Will be posting regularly
