Sunday weigh-in I lost another two pounds with no stress. I don't think of this as a food restrictive diet, more of a proper food management program, a lifestyle change that makes you feel good.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
