Hello All!
Once again I have got off track and once I take 1 day off, it turns into 2, then 3, then before I know it's been weeks!
The night of the 4th of july I got sick, and now i am craping (ughh!) so I have hardly had any appatite. The past few days i have been losing .5 pound a day...since I haven't felt like eating much, and am learning that all that extra food I eat in a day, i don't really need. I have decided to get back on track and start dieting yet again, (I know, I know..I always say this) but I am going to try my hardest to stick to it this time. I have already lost over 20 pounds in 2 years...I am half way to my goal I know i can finish..I just need that push :)
So anyway I am really going to try this week to get back on track, I know once I start it will only get easier!!
