Great workout last night. Added more starch to my diet. It's helping me stay full and is heavy for the calories.

I had some sweets at a pastry shop but a small portion and got in an hour of boxing and an hour of walking.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
