I don't know if my scale is broken or not, but I won't complain :) I have been successfully eating 1200 calories a day as opposed to being under by 100-200 so maybe that is helping? I am so close to my goal weight I can almost see it. I started my journey 3.5 months ago when we planned our family vacation and the thought of wearing a swimsuit was not an option. Since Jan 7th when I decided to make a change in my lifestyle I have lost 31.4 pounds. I have kicked most of the really unhealthy eating habits that I was engaging in. I am 11 days off of diet coke! I have not had french fries since January! I have gone to the gym 5 days a week (almost) every week! I am so proud of myself and I cannot wait to get to my goal.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
