I weight 152, a month ago i was 172 so im proud to say i lost 20 pounds. I was eating very low carbs and sugars ..tried to eat none but hard to do. I want to be 135 again one day, love it to be by may 11. That is when i visit family but i know its less than a month away so im hoping i can at least loose more before i go. I am very excited.
