minggu kemarin naik 0,5 kg Alhamdulillah minggu ini turun 1.1 kg. aahhh sehappy itu ternyata ahahaa.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
