Been playing around with a type of carb cycling and lowering some fat. Carbs are up to only 250 on my work days where I work 24 hour shifts. Then on my heavy gym days carbs are up to 400g with an attempt to get at least 250g before the gym. Much tighter so far and strong still
96.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
