I took one more day off of exercise...and it did me good!!! My legs feel so much better...and this morning the 60 minutes on the treadmill flew by :) I did have 2oz of mozzarella cheese yesterday...and I grazed a bit at Sam's Club *LOL* 2 fried shrimp...2 small bites of a chicken and cheese burger patty...a bite of an apple and blueberry cheese...a bite of yogurt and a few bites of various pickled veggies :) Sam's Club is great for when I want a bite of something bad, but don't want it in my house...I can go and have a couple bites of things and then leave :P
