Uh! I’ve been holding here for the last 3 days. I know I’m well under my calories but it’s just not showing on the scale. Frustrating!
86.8 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
