Hi folks Monday Weigh In and its 4lbs off on my 2nd week so thats 13lb so far ..settled into diet choices and with those positive results im totally in the zone ..exercise is limited at the minute ..recovering from an infected lung left to me by Mr Corona at Christmas but im gradually walking out further with my dog each day . plan is to kick in excercise next month . . excersise bike and kettle bell .. in the meantime just im just gonna keep doing what im doing and enjoying it ..
