I haven't been keeping up with my calorie deficit. Beer and snqcks during D&D was a big fail.
I haven't kept up with as much VR boxing (Thrill of the Fight). That said I made it back to the climbing gym! Maybe I'll get another game that's not so hard on my feet. That our I could buy boxing shoes lol.
Having rice on hand has been the big life changer. Buying tortilla chips since it's a trigger food was an awful idea. I always think "just this time I'll understand moderation!" but even 30g bumps out other nutritious foods I should be eating instead.
Made some lentils that are super easy and filling to go along with the rice and premade curry I enjoy.
