Made it down to my initial goal which was to land between 220 and 230. Today weighing in at 225 felt great. But a week ago I said to myself, why stop now? The new goal I set for myself is to get down to my weight when I graduated high school (almost 20 years ago) of 215 lbs. Taking it one week at a time I'm hopeful to drop another 10-15 lbs by July 4th!
