Oh my goodness! I don't know what is going on with my fluctuation of weight 🤦🏽‍♀️It is so hard not to be discouraged. I have cut back on soooo many of the bad things I used to eat daily. I cut out fast food pretty much all together. For Valentine's Day all I want is a small caramel frappe from McDonald's 😭 Decisions decisions 🤷🏽‍♀️
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you @bonbon2700 I am still in the game and going to keep doing what I'm doing. At least for another week. If I keep gaining or stay the same I will reevaluate my caloric intake. 💪🏽
