1st week over and down 9lb pleased with result and very encouraging to do it all over again this week ....diets,fads etc at the end of it all i have to be in control of my will power and positivity along with determination wins the war . Here,s hoping everyone has a great week in their weight loss campaigns and keeps temptation from their door ...👊🌝
