I was less careful today. Had fish n' chips and beer.
Had a friend over then went to his place and snacked. Didn't get my exercise in. Busted my calories for today and drove my weekly average up.

Now to keep calm and carry on. It's just a day. Being less than perfect isn't a pass to binge and send-sabotage.

I've been doing well. Tomorrow is the start to another successful week. 8 lbs down so far without any crash dieting or ridiculous impossible to maintain routines.

Slow and steady - Let's go.
