Rice, sweet potato, curry vegetables and beans, cabbage, and all that good stuff. after having laughed and and criticized Dr. McDougal for being a quack, there's no denying that eating all this starch has been controlling my hunger.
I didn't get a good night's sleep last night. Maybe due to 6 rounds of VR boxing (Thrill of the Fight) at 10:30pm.
Proud of my steady weight loss without much of a deficit or much hunger.
