Food prep. Counting calories. A slight deficit. VR boxing almost daily (Thrill of the Fight). No injuries. Going to bed before midnight.

Regularly weighing myself to make sure I'm going in the right direction.

Last time it took me 4 months to drop to my goal weight. I'm going to start climbing again soon.

Last time I hurt myself because my grip gave out and I discovered my ankle. Slow and steady.
