2kg and 11cm gain. Holiday is officially over! Setting myself a challenge this month, as of today:
No alcohol Lady shake for breakfast Bedtime by 10pm Gym 4-5 mornings per week.
I need to shift at least 7kg, however if I could get down 10kg that would be ideal. Wish me luck!
