I accomplished my first 5k yesterday! It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I imagined I would be dying after the first mile but I wasn't dying until at least the second haha. My next mini goal for the week is to get down to 155. That will be 5 pounds away from my goal weight and a 30 pound weight loss overall. I am determined this week!
71.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Congrats on your 1st 5K!! I just completed my first 5K last month! Wasn't it thrilling?!? Keep up the good work and continue to inspire the rest of us to keep losing.
