Weighed in this morning and back up to 144.8. Figured this would happen as a whopping loss of 1.8 pounds in a day seems a bit excessive. .2 pounds since the attack phase is a more reasonable (and believable) loss.

Last night I cooked up a storm to make food for the week. I'm going to try and emulate the absolutely delicious grilled chicken salad we had on Saturday. I'll add the recipe to my recipe book on here.
