Few ups and downs. But nearly 1.5kg down in 3 weeks. Not starving myself at all, but getting to those 10 000 daily. 4000 to 5000 calories per day. Just building lean muscle.
112 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
