Went out last night to celebrate a friend's birthday and had some drinks to celebrate (nothing sugary, like I would normally have, but still). Today, when I weighed in, I was 1.8 pounds less than yesterday. However, I think that dehydration from the drinks probably had something to do with that :)

I have opted to do the 1/1 program for the cruise phase; one day protein and one day protein+veg. I absolutely love being able to eat vegetables on the program. They give me a lot of energy, and while it would be nice to do the five day veg program, I doubt I'd be able to do five days in a row of pure protein.

I feel that it's really hard to get enough calories on "attack phase" days. That's probably the whole point, but it doesn't seem very healthy. I've been spending lots of money at the grocery store trying to buy Dukan friendly things, like low-fat cheeses, lunch meats and yogurts, but I find that I always have to go back after a few days to get more snacks. Groceries are not cheap, but I'm hoping that it'll even out with all those lunches that I don't need to buy at work.
