Try having healthy liquid calories.. Like homemade mass gainer shake... It will help

@Prava34 yes ofcourse! I can really feel my stomach streching with so many things going in it. I've never eaten so much in my life. But I'm desperate now. Thanks for the advice @rithik_ I've been drinking all sorts of protein shakes but everything goes down the drain. Nothing helps 🤷🏻‍♀️
