Lost another 1.2 pounds for a total of 2.4 since I started the plan, and this is the last day of the attack phase! Admittedly, after reading how much other people typically lose in the attack phase, I'm a bit disappointed. But, I'm looking forward to seeing the final result tomorrow.

Last night my boyfriend came to town, and I made garlic-lemon chicken with sage. One big bonus of this diet is that it's forcing me to be really creative with cooking. I'm normally so tired after work that I'll slap together a peanut butter sandwich and call it a night.

I did have a glass of wine last night, so I wasn't 100% on program. I really don't believe it's going to be feasible for me not to have the occasional drink.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

People who don't have much to lose, usually lose much less than those with 50 pounds or more. you are doing great.

Thanks for the encouragement, Suzi161! I do tend to get very impatient with weight loss, but I'm going to do my best to stick it out with this diet.

Suzi is right, your doing great ! Im lazy to cook most of the time, what i end up doing is buying a bunch of chicken breasts, marinating and then freezing it for the week. So i do my food prep on weekends and Wednesdays. During the week i just thaw and grill/bake. I also buy a lot non-fat yoghurt, deli-turkey slices and low-fat cheese wedges for snacks.
