Lost another .2 pounds for a total of 1.2 since I started this program. Not bad for two days of work. The fatigue that I was feeling subsided by mid afternoon, and I actually felt very energetic for a while. Hopefully this is a sign of what's to come on the diet.

I'm in day three of the attack phase- only today and tomorrow to go before the cruise phase starts. Oddly, more than bread products and sweets, I'm craving vegetables, so I can't wait for this to begin.

66.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
