I am working so hard on eating & preparing the proper food now. It is now just a way life for me that comes natural. I am so happy with my slow & steady weight loss. If you told me back in July of 2021 that I would weigh 232. I probably would not have believed it. Now since being out out the hospital in August 2021. Total weight loss from hospital until now I have loss over 90+ pounds overall. Losing weight is not a goal, it is the way to live life.
