Restarting! i know i know AGAIN. But a brilliant idea at work we are doing a biggest loser. cash money in the end... way to stay motivated! plus im the spreadsheet keeper so i will see everyones progress especially in comparison to my own- which will keep me on my toes! its done off of the percentage you lose. so its fair to all weights n heights and ages.

Day 1 down only 8 more weeks to go!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

My husband's job is doing the same thing. And I asked what I always ask: why are you doing it just on the weight on the scale??? GRRR. Real fair is doing it based on loss of measurements. That also encourages people to lift weights more. A gym I went to had a contest like this one time. There was one little prize for most pounds lost, and a trip for the person who lost the most in body fat percentage based on measurements taken. Now THAT was fair! :) But any motivation is motivation. Good luck! :)
