Started back walking this morning. Walked about 2 .5 miles. Jogged a little but was really wore out. Did my Herbalife shake this morning, a pear and about 6oz of pasta salad for a snack. OK but for lunch, my mom took me out to Red Lobster. I had the Rocky Top Talipia, bake potato and steamed broccoli and water. When I got back to work, I checked the calorie, My entire meal was about 750 calories. So now I am already over my daily calorie for the day and I haven't had dinner yet. I will just do another shake and hopefully be able to make it through the night or maybe I should do some extra walking so I can get an extra small meal in???
Loosing weight is hard but I am determined to make it happen!
