So, I am pretty sure I haven't gained 3.5 pounds in one week. Yes, the weekend was bad but still exercising and watching cals. I really think it is fluid retention.
54.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
