My first official weigh in since being back on track! I'm at 191.8…down 1.6 since I recorded it on the 17th….so I'd imagine I've lost even more since I started eating well since Monday! So not too bad :) Looking forward to being in the 180's next week…but of course will have to drop another point. Boooo! I'm proud of myself this week, because there has been a lot of stress with work, selling our place and buying a new place but I haven't wandered off of eating well all week! Of course now it’s the weekend…but hubby and I are planning it out, especially with fathers day on Sunday….and my dad eats all bad food. We are making enough good food though that we will be able to pick and choose, and stay on track…and even allow for a little dessert. TGIF! =)
