Day 1 of the Attack Phase. My profile on the Dukan website states that I will have to spend four days on this phase before going into Cruise phase. My goal is to lose 13 pounds to reach my "true" weight, 134 pounds. The calculator seems like a very helpful guideline and is located here: http://www.dukandiet.co.uk/en/350-subscribe.html

So far, so good. I am not particularly hungry and have not craved any sugary items as yet. We'll see how long that lasts, though, as it's only half way through the day.
