So I started to drink more water, not eat seconds and do a little bit of floor exercises daily. I know this is all water weight but I'll take it!
78.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
