i'm still on track, gonna walk today, it's a beautiful day here in denver co.80 degrees, and gonna snow tomorrow lol.
129.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 57.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

not quite 2 lbs , but i will take anything i can get lol.you should be happy about any and all weight loss.as long as we are losing, we are winning the battle ;)
