Well the fourth came and went with no damage. I am down another almost 2lbs and so damn excited. I am almost at a 30lb loss. I am .8lbs away from it so I am now getting very eager.

121.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
