We are starting again 😩😩😩

I hope I’ll stick to it for 3 months at least.

* Calorie Deficit of 1200 or less
* Minimum exercise
* Reduced carbs
* Intermittent Fasting 16/8
* Lots of water
* Increase protein Intake
* More Vegetables
79.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
