Begin of a new month. Time to adjust my goal average calorie intake for april:

With 98 Kilos (216 lb) of weight my Basal Daily Consumption (BDC) is 2350 KCal. Calculating an average extra 30% consumption for the rest of my exercises apart from "just existing" I get an average consumption of 2713 Kcal/day.

Trying to achieve an average 1 Kilo/Week minimum I will establish my new Daily Calorie intake about 1500 Kcal less than consumed. That will be:

1213 KCal/Day on average... More than enough.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
