I pretty much stayed the same this week. I went to my trainer and we changed the eating up a bit and added some supplements. I'm hoping this will get me off the plateau. I'm still working out hard and adding a lot more weight training...which could be why I'm not "losing". Yesterday marked the "end" of the 3 months, but my hubby and I have not intentions on stopping!! We're both so stoked about getting to our goals!! I'm looking to get cut!!!
I just got an email about my tracks being finished with mixing/mastering so I'm going to listen to them when I get home tonight...I'm so excited!! I'll let y'all know how they come out and also let you know when you all can hear them!!
