used proper scales today instead of some that are older then I am. hoping the others were out of calibration and that I haven't put on 4kg and the first one was just a bad reading.... though I doubt it matters tbh because I'm still the same size it's just the app thinks I was smaller hahaha

My old scales were wrong by 5 kilos (Bunnings) and yes I was 5 kilos heavier than they said. That was a year ago now buying a good scale was a worthwhile investment

something I didn't know. the heavier you are the less accurate the scales are. over 100kg (like I am) it can vary upto 1.3kg over. I can stand on them and get 121 then step off and back on and get 122.4. strange things.

Weird. Maybe you need a scale that is more accurate. My scale weighs the exact amount even if I weight 3 times in a row. Digital scale, I’m helping my friend lose weight and he’s still pretty heavy and works for him fine too
