so I hit a awful plateau. decided to eat what I wanted the last few days, now going to see if I can lose it again and get past the 93 I was stuck on.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
