The "go light during the day" part is getting easier but still having trouble with the "don't go nuts at night" part. I think if I can shift the intake earlier it will work better BUT evening is social time.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
