Aku bb 70kg itu pas awal mei 2021 kak, habis itu diet asal2an 😭 pas awal september di angka 68kg trus kenal defisit kalori dan sampe sekarang jd lifestyle gituu, kalo olahraga seminggu paling aku 3x kak kalo gak mager hehe

Ak 4th lalu pernah juga naik 67kg. Trs diet sama lari 1hr pasti turun 500gr kl ga di bawah itu. 3bln 10kg. Tp skr ini ga tau knp ssh banget. Padahal sy 3hari ini treadmil trs 1jam. Malah pagi ini naik di timbanh. Jd kesel rasanya
