I find recording what I eat to be laborious and time consuming. I am eating from a specific eating plan that doesn't necessarily tell me all of the information but I figure if I am following that plan then I am on track. This week I started the T25 workouts and yesterday I couldn't raise my arms above me head to wash my windows.
