It is important what you eat not only No of calories. I do not take so much calories (approx 700), but included chocolate and I have gained weight. If being "slim" means no enjoy in the life, I'll pass it.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
