My Weight Watchers @ work program lapsed two weeks ago, so I've been on my own since then. I have to admit, I haven't been sticking to program as well as I should be. I still seem to be dropping a little weight, so I'm pleased as punch. Weight Watchers starts again on Friday so I'm looking forward to getting back on track. In the meantime, I've started training for a 1/2 marathon and I've signed up for kayaking which begins at the end of the month. Looking forward to a great Summer!
