A little bit more body fat gained than planned but I’ve also been eating dirtier these past 2 weeks. Does that mean ah man I should starve myself these next 3 days? No. Most people do this and find themselves binging on day 4. You hop back on track with your program and you’ll rebound nicely. This also takes a load off of you mentally
