Christmas! It was difficult to stay on 500 kcal! Instead I consumed double. And, to be honest, I do not feel OK. It was too much for my stomach. I feel kind of sick.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
