Going to blame this week's stall on stress. Accidentally damage my new car, made a poor judgement call at work which resulted in me being reprimanded, issues with school for my youngest child. A lot on my plate meant I could have eaten my feelings, instead I kept my portion sizes reasonable and didn't reach for the chocolate!
