1 day of intermittent fasting and I feel good.
111 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So.....am I allowed a cup of coffee (or two) while intermittent fasting?

Yes, if its black coffee. Any calories will break a fast. But some people do water only fasts to give body a complete break from caffeine and other stuff

Many people drink black coffee while fasting as it helps curbs appetite

Yes you are allowed coffee in your fasting window... Black unsweetened coffee will be a clean fast, if you add milk/creamer it's a dirty fast.
