alhamdulillah turun 600g😂 ku mah klo konsisten di lowcarb (ketogenic) cepet bgt turunnya.. cuma ya it kmbali lg *DIET GAMPANG, YANG SUSAH KONSISTEN* 🤧🤤😭😂
